With my broad and extensive leadership experience, corporate governance expertise and deep understanding of organisational challenges, I am often asked to join boards as a (non-) executive director or to hold a position in a supervisory board.

I’ve worked closely with family offices, venture capital firms, and founding teams in different industries and stages of growth. I also have a strong and recent track record in financial regulatory law (AML/ATF, CCP, DORA/NIS to name a few), including the management of high-stakes regulatory investigations. In addition, I bring solid experience in privacy, IP, international licensing, and IT/tech law (SaaS).
